Job Description: He / She should have thorough knowledge in customs' documentation for export and shall be responsible to independently prepare & check shipping bills under various schemes viz DBK, Advance license, NFEI, re-export, 100% EOU, EPCG. Should have specific knowledge of shipping bill filing for products falling under chapter 38, 28, 29 and SCOMET items. Should have regular watch on changes in India's export policy (FTP) and accordingly to prepare shipping bills. Should be Ready for getting rotated in shifts. Having Knowledge of Logisys /visual impex will be preferred. 
Qualification: Graduate, Computer Literate

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – EXPORTS CUSTOM CLEARANCE 
Job Description: Candidates must have sound knowledge of customs laws and exim policy with hands on experience of export documentation. Should be able to independently coordinate with customers, shipping lines and operations and should be aware of port cut off/documentation /SI cut off and prepare and monitor DSR for pre and post-shipment. Candidates handling haz / Non haz chemicals will be preferred. He/She should have worked on Logisys/Visual impex. 
Qualification: Graduate, Computer literate, self-driven and motivated. He/she willing to take initiative and ensure customer satisfaction. He/She should be fluent in oral and written communication and handle correspondence independently. 
Experience: Min 5 years with custom broker only 

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER – EXIM DOCUMENTATION (PRE & POST) 
Job Description: He / She should have thorough knowledge in customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods. He / she shall be responsible to get work done correctly & in timely manner and to optimistically use the workforce available. Candidate with experience on Logisys / Visual Impex will be preferred. He / she should be able to draw MIS reports / DSRs. Well versed with post shipment documentation i.e. filing of SI through inttra/web and able to independently correspond with shipping line / customers. 
Qualification: Graduate, Excellent Microsoft Office suit skills, excellent verbal & written English communication, and having G category pass will be an added advantage

Technical know-how of IMDG code book is required. Able to handle booking desk work independently. 
Qualification: Graduate, well versed with Microsoft Office suit, fluent in verbal & written english

Should have day today watch on shipping line's customer advisories and country specific customs' change in regulations which is having direct effect on documentation (BLs) 
Qualification: Graduate, well versed with Microsoft Office suit 
Qualities to possess: Accuracy, speed, effective writing 
Experience: Min 3 years as BL checker 

 

DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANTS – EXPORT/IMPORT - US/EUROPE SHIFT TIMING 1 pm to 9 pm 
Job Description: He/She should have be able to prepare and file SI through inttra/web, filing AMS/VGM, should be conversant in placing booking to shipping line, obtaining d/o from shipping line . Knowledge of Logisys /visual impex will be preferred. English communication required as need to deal with USA clients and vendors directly.
