India a pillar of global economic revival & island of stability: Goyal

India would be a pillar of global economic revival and an island of stability amongst global uncertainties, said Mr Piyush Goyal, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, while addressing the annual general meeting of Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently. All sectors, be it agriculture, manufacturing or construction, are doing quite well and the economy showed resilience during the pandemic, he said. The country was rightly called the world’s trusted market, he added, as per a report.
