COMMERCIAL HEAD
* Candidate should have comprehensive Air and Sea freight know-how and must have ideally completed 12-15 years in a logistics/freight forwarding company.

* Must be willing to travel regularly to generate new business as per targets.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Air Freight)
* Handle nationwide export & import shipments for own & agent routed business.
* Knowledge of Air Freight operational work flow & quotation process.
* Sound understanding of INCOTERMS.
* Dispatch and communicate with the transport division for cargo pick-up and delivery.
* Must be able to communicate with clients, network agents and branch offices to confirm new shipments, advise transport details and provide updates throughout the transport process.
* Check on customs clearance status with nominated vendors.
* Issue freight invoices upon completion of a shipment by in putting vendor costs & have overview of shipment profitability.
ASSISTANT MANAGER (Ocean Freight)
* Minimum 5 years of operational experience in Ocean Freight.
* Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement.
* Monitor and track cargo flow together with carrier and vendor.
* Capable of handling B/L documentation.
* Capable of organizing quotations for a customer by procuring rates from Shipping Lines & other external vendors.

* Work with marketing to drive further prospecting initiatives.
* Previous customer support experience, exceptional customer service skills is a must.
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

OPERATION EXECUTIVE (Sea / Air)

* Should have 3-5 years of Operations experience in the field of EXIM, CFS’s & Ports.
