* Managing Vendor payments - Shipping lines/Air lines and transporters as per timelines and credit terms

* Knowledge of costing relating to Imports and exports by Air and Sea-can be upgraded through necessary training

* Monitoring accuracy of costs input by operations team and ensuring control

* Invoice generation/IRN invoice in software

* Ensuring thorough control over receivables and payables by daily monitoring and reporting

* Overseas coordination relating to remittances and updation of agent receivables and payables

* Maintaining cordial relationship with Agents /Bankers /Vendors for necessary work coordination and completion

* Monthly MIS reporting to management including P & L report generation- Necessary inputs will be provided

* Staff Attendance Monitoring /Daily records/staff leave records
