Vizag Multipurpose Terminal ties up with Axis Bank to achieve financial closure 

Financial closure has been announced for Vizag Multipurpose Terminal Private Limited with the support of Axis Bank. Vizag Multipurpose Terminal is a 50:50 joint venture between Indian Potash Limited and J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Limited. 
 
“We sincerely appreciate the agility and efficiency shown by Axis Bank and the leadership support of Indian Potash Limited in achieving the financial closure much ahead of the timeline fixed by the concessioning authority,” a  statement emphasised. 
 
The terminal is located at the East Quay 07 (EQ-07) of Visakhapatnam Port and will be capable of handling all dry bulk cargo. Among its features is a state-of-the-art mechanised fertiliser handling facility, said a release.
